Forensic Engineering and Expert Witness Services

Building Commissioning Services (Cx)
There are a wide range of building Cx scopes available including basic Cx for code compliance, enhanced Cx that begins during the design phase, retro Cx for existing buildings that have never been commissioned, or recommissioning of buildings that have been commissioned but are experiencing operational problems or have undergone system modifications. Energy Audits and Analysis
An energy audit is useful to identify potential energy savings opportunities. With the use of energy modeling software and review of building operating conditions, we can approximate the energy savings of various energy conservation measures. We can also provide cost estimates for implementation and life-cycle cost analysis.
